The Fischell Department of Bioengineering will host its 15th annual Senior Capstone Design Competition on Monday, May 10th, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. ET. This live event will take place via Gatherly, which will allow the competition to follow our traditional format.
Capstone students and judges will receive login and event details in the days leading up to the event. If you are not a competing student nor a judge but you would like to attend this event, please email Alyssa Tomlinson (awolice@umd.edu) for details as tickets are limited.
Below is the planned agenda:
4:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. Welcome from BIOE Chair, Dr. John Fisher
4:20 p.m. – 5:20 p.m. Capstone Judging: Each Capstone group will present to at least three judges. At the close of the hour, four finalists will be announced. These groups will go on to present to all Capstone attendees.
5:30 p.m. Finalist Presentations
6:15 p.m. Awards Announced
6:30 p.m. Close of Event
