UM Among Kiplinger's "Best Values"

The latest Kiplinger Personal and Finance Magazine rankings for the best value in higher education for 2006 shows the University of Maryland has ascended to No. 15—up three positions from last year, and a best for the campus. Kiplinger's also ranks the value of an education for out-of-state students. This year, UM rose from No. 20 to No. 13—again, an all-time best ranking. UM's ascendancy during this decade has been steady.
